STILL LOOKING FOR THAT RIGHT TEAM?

We currently have a limited amount of roster positions on our 16U, 18U and 23U teams.  We always leave room on each roster during the winter and spring as some of our best players have come to our program during the "off-season" after they have played Fall or Winter ball with their current team and may be looking for something different!

Please contact the applicable team coach to learn more about each team and what positions they may still be looking to fill.

Manager's Updates

WOW what a great weekend girls!! The U14 team won the Championship game on Sunday at the Eric Whitten Memorial Tournament in South Portland, Maine! They went 5-0 across the weekend with a fantastic finish!

The U18 team was at the same tournament and also made it to the Championship game. After regulation play, the score remained tied at 0-0 so they went on to an international tiebreaker with a runner starting on 2nd. The team managed to score and Thunder was unable to answer in their half inning, becoming the runners-up. This run was only the 2nd the Thunder team had given up all weekend!

Earlier in summer, the U18s won the "Bash by the Bay" in Bristol, Rhode Island!

Great job everyone !! Congratulations !!

GO THUNDER !!

Our Emphasis - Team Concept

The collective coaching and overall program philosophy is to understand and realistically develop each individual player’s goals and objectives and help her to achieve these goals and objectives within the total team and program philosophy of Together Everyone Achieves More (TEAM).

Bay State Thunder coaches place a strong emphasis on teaching basic fundamentals, solid defense and a very aggressive style of offense.  Team speed, bunting and slapping will be a large part of our offensive strategy.

All Bay State Thunder players, coaches and parents possess and are required to exhibit a high level of ethical behavior and proper sportsmanship both on and off the field as a direct reflection of the program.
